Eco-Friendly Glamping in Soufriere, St. Lucia

WHITE GINGER RESORT, set to open in 2025-2026, is an established Glamping Cabin concept offering a blend of tourism and agriculture. Founded by Olivia Cenac and Harvey Cenac, the resort spans nearly 20 acres along the mountainside, with plans to expand its offerings over the years.

At the outset, ten cabins will welcome our all adult guests, with an additional twenty cabins planned during the next five years.
